I can see, now, why people are saying that Wk6 is a tough one! My legs were happy enough, but my lungs were struggling tonight! Still loving it though and I'm really looking forward to the 25 minute run on Sunday π π β€

W00h00! You'll do a total backflip when you get to the 25 minute mark. Imagine how you were in Week 1 and the prospect of running for just 5 minutes was a distant one (if you're anything like me!) and look at where you are now, less than a month from W9 victory!
