Who would have thought that so much pleasure could be gained by opening an app and gazing at those little sun's! When I am feeling miserable I find myself opening the app and reminding myself that I have achieved these!

I completed week 8 today and even managed to keep going until 31mins... purely to prove to myself that it won't all fall apart in week 9!
