Just did the first run of week three and found it tough but will keep going. It’s probably because I only do two runs a week 🙄 but I go to a gym class once a week too.
Does anyone do runs on consecutive days? The advice seems to indicate that’s not ideal.

Never run on consecutive days... two runs a week is fine if you cannot manage the three.. the gym class is fine too and any other non impact on rest days will help fitness and stamina too!
I did the plan over .... about 14 weeks? as I mostly did runs every 3 days, so a 9 day "week". In the later weeks lots of people find extra rest days good anyway
I would never run on consecutive days - I need those rest days! I don't truly know the science, but others more knowledgeable than I say that rest days are needed for muscle repair, and not resting increases your chance of injury.
2 runs a week is fine, especially if you are fitting in other types of exercise.
It is tough at first. Are you running nice and slow? This builds stamina! And helps with regulation of breathing. Well done on your achievements so far! Keep going - the benefits of this programme are monumental and it works. I struggled weeks 1-3 - am now running 30 minutes regularly and with relative ease. Magic! 🏃♀️
