Run 3 times a week most people use W9 as a option once you are happy you can do the C25 plus podcasts. To get you badge go to the pinned posts and look for October graduates and click to collect your badge.

Congratulations!!!!

What next? Glass of wine tonight I think!

Bets thing now is to just get out there 3x a week if possible and start getting some miles under the belt and build and consolidate on where you are now.

But first....that glass of wine

To get your badge, you just notify the admins of having completed the programme - they usually post every few weeks asking for people to let them know. Then the fancy little β€œgraduate” badge appears next to your profile. It’s ridiculous, but I’m so darn excited about getting mine!

Then... well, that’s a good question. I’m thinking of joining a friend for a 10k mid next year. I reckon I can build up to 10k by then! For the time being, I just want to improve my pace. Ideally aiming for that 5k in 30 minutes.

I’ll try to take my husband (who is fitter than me) out with me to push my pace just a little. I also know roughly the route I want to cover. I’ll just run a little further each session until I’m running the full 5k, and hopefully pace will improve as I go! That can be my Christmas goal!

Fab thank you. It is a little surreal to think that I’ve finally finished. I did it eventually in about 11 weeks accounting for illness and a short break. Well done to you too πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎ

Well done, fellow runner!

What next?

Bottle of wine, nice takeaway, slob out on the couch........after all, you're finished now.

Unless, of course, you are well and truly hooked and want more running buzzes in the future.

What next?

Where do you want to go? There are no, well, few rules.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Congratulations.. well done you!

Consolidation of the 30 minute runs.. some runs for pure joy.. different routes and distances and then maybe C25K+ podcasts after a couple of weeks:) Then maybe move onto a 10K plan...if you fancy it..but now celebrate your well deserved success:)

Well done and congratulations. What next? Hmm? Lots and lots of runs; for the joy of it :)

But first a little treat methinks :)
