So after my last run W8R3 I've been unable to go running because of a very sore knee was so disappointed and upset as I was soooo close to W9 and graduating but today 16 days later I went out this morning and went for a run all be it back to W6R1 but I did it (3.85K) and felt so elated 😁😁 Fingers crossed 🤞 my knee doesn't flare up
