I ended week 7 run 3 on the treadmill. I hadn't been to the gym in a while and figured I'd better get some use out of the membership.
I did a longer warm up ran for 28 minutes then a long cool down. I decided that as I had a timer on the treadmill I'd use that. I programmed my phone with 30 minutes of music and off I went. It was the hardest run of the week. I kept looking at the time and had trouble setting the speed of the treadmill. Most of all I missed the outdoors.
There is one advantage to working out at the gym. I treated myself to a swim and the Jacuzzi.
