Managed to get out this morning and complete week 4.
Not to bad, trying to match breathing to pace and finding that setting a rhythm helps with both.
Recorded just my run time today rather that the whole 30mins, interesting to see what my actual pace is. Happy with it and plenty of scope to slow once runs become more demanding.

That's a good record there, you should be so pleased, I know I would be. Your graph is so neat compared to mine, but I don't quite understand it really, mine is up and down, lol.
Thanks quirkybee, the graph is heart rate, so everyone’s will be different, I paused my Fitbit on the walking parts and only recorded the actual running time, my graph would show a lot more dips had I left the walking sections in, so probably why it looks more even.
