Hi there and welcome to What is your week October (5)

Here we are at the end of the October what is your week. How has it been? Please feel free to download your certificate. A new what is your week will start on Wednesday.

The idea of "what is your week"

Every week we are going to put up a post so you can add in a little post underneath to say what week you are planning to do this week.

Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like)

Hi I am Realfoodieclub and this week I am doing wk 3, looking forward to it.😀

We are growing so much at the moment and I wanted to have a little fun post so we can see who is on what week of the program and hopefully it will help you to feel more included with the forum.

It will help other runners to know they are not alone on their own with their weeks and help everyone feel supported.

Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.

At the end of the month there will be a October certificate for you to download and keep, just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole moth of the program. Another full month of running for you.

If you have just graduated this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10km forum as well for graduates.

I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of September the names will roll over into another post.

Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.

(Come on you lurkers you can do it as well. 😀)

Wishing you all a happy healthy week.

Rfc x.

Hi all, this week I'm doing 2 x 5k runs and hopefully a sneaky 6k, good luck everyone who is on this amazing journey.

Hi all! I do all my runs by minutes rather than distance...pesky hills make my times/distances all over the show, so I measure my runs by effort. I'm trying to follow ju-ju- 's bridge to 10k plan and will start w2 later.

Fantastic, I am so pleased!!! I hope you are finding it OK?

Yes, it's going well thanks. I worked out that on the flat each Km takes me about 8 mins. We just don't have many flat routes. So I've just converted your kilometres to minutes and can enjoy the hills without worrying too much about the distance. 🙃

Hi Realfoodieclub ! I've started week 7 today and really enjoying the programme 😀. 25 min run was good - first 5 mins always seems the hardest...looking forward to the next 2 this week !! 😁

Hi! I’m going to start week 5 tomorrow! I’m so glad I started this programme! I really look forward to it. I enjoy my Sunday mornings best as it’s so quiet! Sometimes I spot a fellow “runner” and I wonder if they are doing same as me!! 😀

I started Week 7 today. I’m loving this plan. Ran a bit longer than expected today as my C25k app paused as seen on my post. Good luck to all you runners this week 😀🏃🏃🏻‍♀️

Week 6 Run 1 done today 😊 and I’m well chuffed

I'm on week 7. The first run was a miserable struggle with a blocked nose and cold wind making me drool!! 2nd run was lovely though, I felt really in control of my breathing and speed, last one of the week tomorrow yay!
