So week 7 was a bit miserable, fighting a cold, dark nights (No street lights here!) Week 8 - head torch on, warmer running gear and suddenly everything started coming together - my distance is going up, my heart rate is steady and finished my 3 runs of week 8 in much better form - thanks to all the fantastic support here x
