Hi. I've been following the program and have successfully completed each of the runs and here I am at Wk 8 R3. I tried this yesterday and for the first time since starting C25K, I couldn't complete it. My legs were achy and I just couldn't keep my stride/pace. I walked the rest of my route and rested for the evening. About to try again today but just wondered if anyone had similar or could offer any advice please? Thanks in advance!

Don't try again today, give yourself a extra day off running, run, run 3 of week 8 again but slower than you did yesterday, drink plenty of water the day before you run and some just before the run, good luck. 👍

Thank you both. Extra rest day it is and then I'll try tomorrow. I just felt really deflated yesterday after feeling I was really making progress over the past 8 weeks. I am determined to finish the 9 weeks program and waiting one more day to get back to it will be worth it if I can finish the run next time. Thanks again guys

I notice you say this was yesterday and you will try again today ?You really need to give yourself a non running day , even more so if you struggled yesterday !
Take a days rest (or 2) then give it another go but even slower and I'm sure you will do it 🙂👍
