That is a great picture Decker, and a great reminder to slow it down and enjoy our surroundings. It makes the run so much more enjoyable when we do that, doesn't it?

I think it does - especially for those that run in naturally beautiful settings. But even for the rest of us, just a reminder to step back and enjoy a run it for what it is. I find myself seeing things I never picked up on when I only drove my car everywhere.
