Slow is the key. It's all about pacing yourself sufficiently slowly, so that you've got enough energy to keep moving.
I did it a few days ago, and I struggled to run for 60 seconds a month ago.
Think of it as 4 little 5 minute runs.
You can do it, get going!

Hope you're well on the way to nailing it. It really doesn't matter how slow you are. Just keep the legs moving and it's really the most amazing feeling when you finish. You do eventually enter "the zone" - for me it was just after halfway - when you find yourself almost looking from outside in and marvelling that your body is actually doing this. Or maybe that was lack of oxygen?? Good luck!

Are you running it now I wonder? Sending you gremlin-busting dynamo vibes.
