Lovely run in the crisp sunny morning. Can’t believe how much running has become such a big part of my life. A new PB again today and another 5K under my belt. Can’t wait til the next one! 🏃‍♀️🎉🏃‍♀️🎉🏃‍♀️

Well done.

Now you have graduated you need to make sure that you are not trying for a PB on every run. Endurance is built by slow running and that should be 75% of your running time. It seems counter intuitive, but it is the way a running body is built.

To be honest that wasn’t my aim I thought I was running quite slowly, slower than my previous run! I went out the other morning and was aiming to run but just didn’t feel it so just kept on walking with my dog for 35 minutes and felt a bit down so when I went out Saturday and really felt strong I must have been running faster than I realised! I will try and slow down for the next run x
