Got to say I’m proud of me! I’m doing the plan but then continuing til I cover 5K-mostly walking after my 30mins is up-it’s taking me longer to cover the 5k but that cos I’m running slower for 30 than I did for 28. I’ve heeded all the good advice and it’s helped me achieve-thank you running people, you are my “go to” when it feels tough ❤️👟

Excellent! There really is no need to tear up the tarmac. Being steady and sensible means your are less likely to injure yourself and will keep on with it as it an enjoyable way to exercise. Getting to 5k in your own time and pace is a good target.
