Had pretty bad day, nightmare neighbor next door, long story short got home into running gear took all that negative crap and channeled it into my 2 x 8 mins run and smashed it πŸ˜‰ bring on r3 20 mins non-stop won’t be a problem, staying positive πŸƒπŸƒ

You can do this, just be positive I had such bad crap coming at I welcomed running to get my head cleared and get focus on things. Never thought I’d do 8 mins but I’m determined to smash the 20 mins on Saturday. I just think of the crap my neighbor is putting us through and think transfer that to the run if I give up running he wins. Took me flying through r2 so think I’ll bet the 20 mins good luck ❀️

I am so going to do the same concerning some co workers from hell, and a partner who isn't from hell, but drives me up the wall sometimes. Or I guess from now on, onto the treadmill πŸ˜‚
