Well it was dark this morning when I set of for W9R2. This unfamiliarity was compounded as I’m away from home for a day or two. Nevertheless I endeavoured to move that one last step closer to graduating. MJ was, as always, there for a bit of reassurance and so as the light slowly improved I made my way around some unfamiliar byways to leave myself that one run to do when I return home.
It really does seem a while since weeks 1 through 4, and all the self-doubt before that. I’m still not the prettiest runner out there but hey who is?
Wherever you are on the plan, be encouraged to keep going and as many people advised me... slowly does it

Congratulations. Who runs pretty? In my head I’m Mo Farrah but I’m sure I look more like phoebe trying to run in friends (look it up if you’ve not seen it. Hilarious).
