W9r2 done. Excited and looking forward to graduating. This was the first morning run I have done and it wasn't too bad. Even though I managed to muck up the app halfway through and didn't have the time checks I got there.
Been thinking about what happens next. My aim for September 2017 (not this year) is the Great North Run. Can anyone recommend a next step app or programme for after c25k. I guess the next step up is 10k. I would prefer not to run intervals as I find these a distraction for me breathing pattern ( I am asthmatic).
Any advice welcome.

Morning.. well done on your run thismorning.. ex exciting and a bit nervous now.. grad run for us both next
I just plan to keep running 30 minutes for a few weeks see if I feel stronger and improve my distance.. would like it to begin to feel a bit easier! Good luck for your graduation run.. see you on the other side of the finish line x
Ha, easter! I had a real wake up call last run as I stayed at the gym and swam and saunaed after. I looked in the mirror and one of the ribena berries was looking back. I had no idea that I looked liked that after a run. I would like to not have a red face and that might come with runs getting easier!
