When people go for a run do you use a bag? As I use my arm band for my phone but then have to take house keys and sometimes my inhaler, what do people normally use?

Bags?
I use a keyfix for my house keys - like a silicone watch strap type thing. Don’t carry an inhaler but I’m guessing running belt may help you out.
I use a bumbag 🤣 but it does the job x
FlipBelt are the go-to running belt on this forum:
Decathlon have the 'Kalenji' brand of running bags, bit more cost-effective.
I use a Nike brand one, but cannot see it online at the moment.
Funny you should ask..I've just been out to my local garden centre and bought myself a couple of "stretch pocket belts". Bought one a while ago to carry my keys, purse & ID card to yoga and they're fab so I thought I'd get one for running too, plus another for a Xmas present for a friend.
They're by a company called Creative Outdoors so you can probably find them online (?) Really comfy cos they're made from stretchy material and very neat and unobtrusive even with several things in. I'll test drive mine on my next run on Wednesday! I reckon they'll be good for travelling too so they're good value at £5.99.
Ah. Just spotted a web address for the stretchy pocket belts in case you want to check them out: creativeproducts.ltd.uk
Any old waist belt bag will do, doesn't matter about brand..😊
Depending on what I need to take & what I am wearing I use bra ( tho don't fancy keys in there!!) pockets or a bumbag. 😀
Oldfloss recommended one that I think is brilliant. I'll see if I can copy the link...
