Wheres the dog?

Just on week 2 and finding it hard, 65 couch potato with High blood pressure. This morning I had my headphones on but kept hearing a dog barking, turns out it was me, chest barking away, gotta work harder on the breathing.

Well done on getting it there and doing this. Just take it really slowly and you will gradually build up. It's such a great feeling when you finish isn't it?

That doesn’t sound pleasant but I must say you made me laugh - I’m sorry that feels so wrong! Hope you’re feeling motivated to continue, do you ever power walk a bit if it feels too much?

Oh dear.. slow down... and then some more.. take it as slowly as you like and soon, as the runs make you stronger, the sound you will here is the gentle purr of a perfectly running running machine:)
