Decided to test the knee having given it 5 days to get over the cyprus waves knocking me for six!!
Decided treadmill was the one to test it on rather than the cycle path as that is quite stony in places. Set it up at a really slow speed, was going to just do 20 mins, but all felt good so did 25, so basically back to wk 7 but not bothered!
It all seems fine so just take it a day at a time I guess. Really pleased it seems it was just a twist rather than anything worse ππππ
