Lovely run this morning, thought it would be cold what with the wind, so wore a short sleeve compression top and long sleeve top... how wrong was I .. ended up having to take the long top off... felt like a bit of an idiot as everyone else in the park was in coats and scarfs ....but I was baking ...

breathing getting slightly better but found the colder air made the top of my chest ache... 20 years of 20 a day didn’t help I guess...

was quite away from home by the time Jo said that I was done, so kept on running for a few more minutes...

Oh and got chased by a Doberman... that upped my pace a tad lol 😂

Hope everyone has a great day... off shopping to Bluewater now... have a gud un all ...

Well done Tony! Careful of stripping in public, you could get a name for yourself 😉 I also layered up and deeply regretted it! I think oldfloss mentioned something on here about a buff to stop the cold air hurting your chest when you run but I have no idea what it is! Maybe message her? Just about to treat myself to a steak dinner for surviving my battle with Brian, hope you’ve got something equally full of sin to enjoy!

Thanks Minnow, not sure if it was the cold air or just years of abusing my lungs smoking... I don’t smoke now but the damage is done.

I did have a little treat today.. a massive fat burger 🍔 from Five Guys... first burger I have had in fours months... total blow-out...was celebrating getting over my 3st weight loss with a burger!! Not sure it’s how your suppose to do it lol 😂

Great work swisstony😊..

Looking at your stats you are pretty nifty too... covering quite a distance for Wk3.

No harm in slowing your pace a little as when the running sections get longer you may get a bit puffed at that pace.

Good luck with Wk3 R3 onwards and upwards..

Thanks Jan, am looking at getting the pace down as the time extends, but this morning felt good and just ran at a comfortable pace.

One more run to complete the week and then week 4 on Thursday... loving it ❤️🏃
