IM surprised I’m really enjoying it. It’s amazing when u look back at week 1 and think I’m not sure I can do this to then by week 4 running for 5 minutes.

It’s not always easy but lovin it at the minute

No, they give you smileys before you run, which is strange. That's why I put such a straight face, I was smiling like a Cheshire cat 🐱 when I finished but couldn't change it 😊
