You guys look great, I love it!!!
Usually after achieving 5k, it's all about consolidating. Take a few weeks to continue to run this distance getting comfortable with it.
I would like to become a distance runner and am taking it one step at a time. So after a few weeks of allowing my legs and hips to heal from my 5k hilly trail race and running regular 5km runs, I started ju-ju's bridge to 10k plan that is pinned on the bridge to 10k forum. It still consists of 3 weekly runs, of differing lengths, which keeps me happy. There is a shorter run that I use for speed intervals or hills, a 5k run and a longer run that increases over 6 weeks to reach 10k. I'm very happy with it so far and will be running the 8k run of week 4 tomorrow.
