I was really dreading this run. My legs have been feeling tired and mentally I really wasn't sure that I could keep going. But I did and even managed to pick my pace up slightly (from snail to slightly more than snail) for the last 5 minutes. Absolutely ecstatic. This program REALLY works. Total couch to 25 mins... yeah. HIGH 5!!

Very well done. Keep it slow and steady as you head into these lovely longer runs. Try to relax and let those newly found running legs find their happy pace:)
