Smashed it again this morning. Really starting to enjoy my runs and I've noticed how much lower my heart rate is and how quickly it returns to a resting rate now.

I am noticeably achey this time however. Think I will take 2 rest days instead of one. Does anyone notice a slight drop in stamina from doing this?

Go very slowly! No need to push things at all. Slow as you go 👍

I generally feel achey (not just after running, but seriously generally) if I've not had enough water, sleep, or iron. We all have different reasons we might not feel our best, including trying to go too hard too quickly. You've got plenty of time to figure out what's going on with you!

Well done... rest up but make sure your stamina and strength exercises are kept up on rest days..:)
