Completed w4r2 today. I found it harder than w4r1 for some reason. Thinking maybe lack of sleep last night ‘helped’ make my legs feel quite lethargic for the last 5 minute run. I’m hoping I’m feeling better after w4r2.
I didn’t give up though. Finished the whole session as per the training.

I'm with you, exact same run tonight, exact same feeling...i struggled so much. I didn't feel like I was running at all those last 5 minutes I was going that slow. Legs were very heavy and I'm still aching all over now a few hours later. Didn't feel this bad after W4R1!
I did everything right (hydration etc). I think it was just one of those days. It wasn’t one of my best runs so far. Not looking forward to week 5 but I’m not giving up or slowing down my training. I really want to do a half marathon early next year (Headcorn or Paddock Wood) and am viewing this as the start of my journey.
