Really wasn’t feeling it this morning, late night at work last night. Set the alarm just in case I changed my mind and I’m glad I did. Best run to date, ice cold air, stary sky, not a soul about, even saw an owl. And I ran for 25 minutes! Very glad I didn’t pack it in a few weeks back, it works, and it appears to get better and better.
