I have done it but I wasn’t looking forward to it tried to cheat myself into not doing it blaming wind etc but I forced myself to go I did the lot but I’m stiff now aching legs forearms and shoulders would you believe I’m pleased to have made progress where stitches are concerned NO stitch today however I drank gallons of water yesterday!

Hey well done, and glad you didn't get a stitch!

Remember, and I sooo need to learn this myself, don't do yourself an injury. If it's nearly killing you, don't be afraid to back off the pace a bit :)

Thats great that you got out there and did it...you cover some ground too! I'm on week 4 and do 3km!

I set it away when i warm up so there 5mins at each end to the actual running that’s probably making up the extra kilometre!!

Well done on getting out there. I’m just back from w4r3. I to tried to talk myself out of it, to windy, legs weary after work, rains coming on! But then I gave myself a talking to and got out there. So week 4 in the bag, terrified for week 5 😬 Good luck for your last run of week 4 🍀
