Well I’m still here, I have not given up. I am finding the fast walk easier however the 5 min run took it out on my knees, they were very weak and achy afterwards. However I did it!! πŸ‘

Well done you, make sure you do your stretches to keep you nice and supple. But great effort if you had achy knees.

Warm up well and make sure that you are doing your exercise for strength and stamina on rest days too, as the runs get longer:)

Strength and stamina exercises..especially as the runs get longer.. walking is great but needs to be a few miles..and brisk... maybe :) Cycling, or swimming, Yoga.. a day's gardening:) Try these maybe :)
