I just want to say to everyone who doubts themselves after graduating..

I graduated C25K on the 1st July this year, my first run after graduating was a disaster, but i kept going and joined a club and park run.

I now run with a club twice a week and do park run on a Saturday, my first park run time was 36.33 and Saturday i ran it in 29.19. Running with the club has definately helped and i also competed in my first 10k race a week ago which i completed in 1 hr 1 min and 52 sec.

Keep going, it is worth it
