W7 r3 outside

Finally! Did 2x 25’s on the treadmill and really struggled just over a week ago to do 25 outside. Now in my happy place in more ways than one and did 25 outside today. Got up before everyone else, lovely temperature and beautiful sunrise. So pleased. Trying to find a flattish route was difficult so did a few bits of doubling back on myself but overall happy. Not sure I’ll go to week 8 yet but will enjoy another two of the 25’s whilst on holiday.
