Had a lovely running buddy this morning for W4 R2. Had a little celebration at the half way mark as it means I'm half way through the programme.πŸ˜€

I agree, I think week 1 run 1 was the hardest as it seemed like there was such a long way to go.

Ha ha she wasn't impressed with my speed- I don't think she needed to do more than walk fast! But she loved the biscuit at the end. πŸ˜€
