Week 2 complete!! (Where'd these new legs come from?!)

Well well well... finished w2 and what a difference a couple of days makes!! Seriously run 2 I thought my legs were gonna give way although I plodded on.... today?! My legs felt brand new and I even managed to continue another 10 seconds at the end!!!! Bloomin heck where's that come from?! Can't wait to get stuck in to week 3!!! Slow and steady! 😜

Oh I can empathise with this - I did W2R2 on Wednesday and thought I was killing myself, Friday I was like a spring bunny (for most of the run anyway) 🤞 for week 3 - although those yellow bits look might big in week 3 😳 😂
