Ok so just smashed my wk4r3!! Love running round the lake with the pushchair ! And to top it off the last 5 min run....this girl is on fire song came on, on my playlist πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ€›πŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ #fitting

Forgive me for putting a dampener on your enthusiasm - but you are taking rest days aren't you? You only posted yesterday about your previous run...I may be wrong (obviously) but you do need to make sure you are not running on consecutive days.

I'll forgive you this once, but you need to ensure your muscles recover fully before you run. (lecture over!!)

On the days I don't run I'm riding my bike to work too and walking lots as I don't drive so I can't really hide from it. But I only run Monday, Thursday and Saturday normally

Walking and cycling are fine as they are not as high impact as running. I do lots of walking and am trying to maintain over 100,000 steps per week.
