5k...wonderful feeling

Having done 25 28 and thirty min runs i have just done my forty min run to complete the course but did 8 extra mins to make it 5k. I am so pleased and have managed not to get injuries so far. Best advice ever is to walk till warmed up properly as it s easier to run if muscles are properly warmed up

Well done.

Many congratulations for going above and beyond the requirements of the NHS C25k plan.

For those on the NHS plan, you don't have to run for forty minutes or for 5k to graduate.........3 x 30 minutes is all you need to do.

There are many flavours of C25k but they get you running.

Keep running keep smiling.

Top job! And remember that at this stage the faster you run in order to make 5k in 30 minutes, the sooner you meet a smiling physio who, unlike your friendly newsagent, will accept American Express as well.

Slow and steady, tortoise never gets injured ;)
