Change of scenery 😃

Ok so I normally run round my estate which was starting to get boring, so I took the baby out in the buggy and ran around my local park with a beautiful lake and the sun was shining!I'm on wk4r2 and I loved it. Plus there wasn't many hills 😂 was harder work with the pushchair but that felt good too that I pushed myself 😝

It is nice to spice it up a bit and that looks lovely. Well done for getting out with the pushchair, not easy is it! I tried with our double a few times and it was fine on flat or down hill but uphill was hideous lol.

I love been near water always find it calming and spiritual. Much nicer than a street run 🏃

Stunning scenery. There's a Park in Milton Keynes that looks like this which I'm itching to run round sometime. It sounds like you had a fab run, and I'm sure the baby will have benefitted from the fresh air and beautiful view, as well as enjoying the great smile on your face. Well done. 👍🏽
