W6R3 not gone to plan at all, 14 mins into run, cramp in calf stopped me in my tracks so limped home sulking lol...2nd attempt tomorrow or Wednesday grrr!! 😒

Oh no!!! I really hope you get it next time. If I were you, and probably listen to the others because they know far more, I'd wait until Wednesday, give yourself an extra day. I've pulled something I suspect, so my W6R3 will be delayed probably until Wednesday, so I do feel your pain, quite literally actually :) Mine is getting easier with resting, I really hope yours does too! Keep us posted :)

Aaaw I hope you complete yours on Wednesday I'll be rooting for you whilst I'm trying to complete mine! 😉 ive decided am giving myself the extra day and make sure im hydrated too. Surprised I got this far without a stitch or cramp tbh. Good luck Wednesday Neil you can do it! ☺ Regards Laura

I have only had a stitch once - I was running too fast and had, ironically, taken too much fluid on board. It was the running too fast that did it though - I was running with someone else and allowing them to dictate the pace too much. I drink regularly through the day (probably about 3 pints of water all in) but drink very little less than an hour before I run. This seems to help. Good luck for Wednesday. You have to put the bad run out of your head xx

Thanks for the advice hunni, I'm actually go in to try it again shortly because the weather report for 2mo is not good lol and I don't do running in wind and rain!

I’m still on Wk6 for the 3rd week. I have just completed run 1 again tonight. Week before last Wk6r3 was a disaster, last week while repeating wk6r2 my knee started playing me up. So rested until tonight. Will do Wk6R2 onWednesday and try and complete Wk6r3 on Friday ( that’s the plan anyway)
