Just wanted to give everyone a post graduation update. I started the C25K 9 weeks before my first 5k. I graduated two days before the 5k. I ran it and didn’t stop and finished the 5K. I have now ran 6 5k’s in 7 weeks! I feel great! I love this community! Keep it up everyone!

Good for you. Thats fantastic.

And....if you dont mind me saying as I mean this in a really good way....its great to see for all of us and the new starters that you can do this without being some athletic toned stick of a youngster.

You are where I want to be my friend. Out there running 5K on a regular basis.

Oh....and finishing next to a beer tent !
