Age 61, overweight, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Determined to change as much of that as possible.

Well done for starting out. I am 50+ with high blood pressure and overweight. I started this last week in August and am this morning starting week 6. It can be tough along the way but worth it. Good luck with your journey.

Welcome to the best thing ever.

Slow and steady.. you ill get tired of hearing it, but it works. Take your rest days, never miss them, listen to your body,( which may well protest at first ) and just enjoy the journey.

Try to pop in extra non impact exercise on rest days too... many folk do the strength and flex linked with this...
