So this morning it was w3r3 and I have to admit it was tough. There was a lot less huffing and puffing during the last 3 minute run but my feet were like lead. I dont know wether im still recovering from last weeks flu or wether a particularly hard 4 shifts are to blame but i've decided i am going to redo wk3. Hopefully I'll then feel ready to move onto wk4. On an up note it was great to start off in the dark this morning but to have the sun make an appearance just as micheal says 'that's it' was fab.

I think everyone needs to find their own rhythm but just wanted to share my own experience.

I have found that at the end of each week the climb into the next always seemed to be a bit daunting and I even struggled a lot to the extent that I did not always manage the first run of the next week. But then by some miracle on run 2 it came together.

At the end of week 1 I posted that I would redo it and thanks to some lovely encouragement on the forum I moved on to week 2. It was difficult as expected but come run 2 of the week I was glad I did.

Whatever you decide - go for it and don’t give up.
