I graduated near the end of August and then went on holiday for 2 weeks ... and I just haven't got back into my running since then (busy, not feeling well ... the excuses go on!). I think something that is holding me back is not knowing where to start up again. Does anyone have a particular week they would recommend me going back to? I'd really appreciate some advice. I don't really want to start up from Week 1 again (and don't think I need to - I've been on one 20-minute run since I came back from hols and that was fine).
Any and all advice gratefully received!

Ha! Fair enough I guess Week 6 Run 1 seems like a sensible place to start as there is still some interval stuff but it's not so far back that I'll feel unchallenged.
Id say thats a good week to get back on. Then see how you feel and rebuild . Enjoy😀
Just get out and try it would be my advice, don't go out with any particular week in mind, just see how far you go without feeling under undue stress. That then gives you the benchmark to kickstart again.
I agree with Jancanrun - just get out and see what you can do. Like you, I had a two week holiday break and was worried that I wouldn't be able to run for 30 mins again, but I ran for 18 mins on my first post holiday run, 19 mins on the second, and 30 mins on the third! You can do it! Keep on running!
