Week 9 Run 1...tick

Sunday morning 7.15am who would ever have thought that I would be pulling on my kit and off out for a trot? Uphill is still a struggle presumably because I am more used to running on a treadmill (and I live in the Yorkshire Dales which are not known for their flat plains!) The sheep weren't as startled this morning either which is an improvement and I loved it. I didn't care that actual people could see me because I was doing it...running without dying! Two more to go to graduation and I have signed up for a Santa Fun Run with Fat Club on 29th Nov so will continue to push myself for that. Who knew I could do this!?

Nearly there. If you have done W9R1 you know you can do the 30 minutes so just 60 minutes and you are on the podium

Nicely done and you have a toehold on the podium. Great progress and a fab achievement well done you
