I'm happy to be back after a long break

Summer is a difficult time for runners in Greece. I had followed the program until W6R3 (well... almost as I didn't finish that run) and then it was too hot for me to get on. So I stopped. On Friday I started again with Week 3 as going up and down the steps in Santorini, where I spend most of my summer, kept me relatively fit. This post is to express how glad I am to be back on track and I hope that I will be able to finish before next summer as I can run only twice a week.

Welcome back to your running. One of my favourite holidays ever was in Oia, such a peaceful place. I am sure you will get there before next Summer.

Great that you're back to it. I love reading about the runners around the world. I often only make twice a week (usually leaving 2 rest days between runs) - I'm sure you'll be fine especially with all those steps to strengthen your legs!
