Oh how my attitude to excercise has changed! it wasn't the greatest and inspiring morning but I'm on week 6 , the sequel week to build up strength so week 6 run 3 to do today! And I'm determined to conquer this programme . So out I go! The first half was the worst with wind blowing directly at me, and then rhythm happens , the winds behind me and the second half is better. Can I do Week 7 , well I'm going to try
