Went out this evening after work and changed my route so I wasn't running the dark lane on my return. Found these 10 min runs came easier than I expected and even slightly uphill for a little bit. Looking forward to the 25 minute run on Sunday 😊

think that's something that suprises a few of us, if at the beginning of the year someone had told me I'd be taking my running gear on holiday with me I would have laughed

Brilliant well done you keep going your doing amazing 😉

Well done!! This is what I’d hoped for with mine (seems we’re on the same week...) but I haven’t been as chipper this week. 25 min run due today or tomorrow but I’m feeling tired and sore and stressed.

I am so pleased you are on track and feeling great. I want to feel like that again next week!!

I have been loving the whole thing too

It's strange but I found run 1 this week more of a struggle than this one. I'm not particularly speedy but enjoying building stamina, I even didn't care I was running along a busy road, 😂 Keep going slow and steady 🏃

Make sure you keep up or even ramp up your strength and stamina exercises on rest days :)

Strength and flex..many of us used these.. :)

Or, walking cycling... core strength exercise...swimming ..even gardening or housework helps.. I have a little routine I use off you tube..

Thing is.. our bodies have to keep up with our legs:)

Lovely long runs now... Relax into them and find your happy pace. You are doing wonderfully and an uphill bit too... great stuff!

Slow and steady still and feel those newly found running legs carry you towards the podium:)

Nicely done
