Last night, I was running really well to a track on the W5R2 podcast, so I decided to track it down and find out the Beats / Min, because it was spot on with my pace, and my thinking is .... more tracks like that and it will help me to regulate my pace when I'm out on the streets etc ... and on my upcoming 5k sponsored run in aid of the Yorkshire Wildlife Park (15th October) ....
So, now I'm all set to compile a soundtrack of music at 150 BPM ... just need to find a database that will give me a list of tracks ....
Any ideas ?

No idea. I run to all sorts. The podcast music, which is Audiofuel, is specially written for us runners so it should work. Running at different tempo's is good for your legs. Keeps em guessing 🙂
Spotify. Search for the bpm you want and it will give you a soundtrack to suit your speed. Download it onto your phone. I don’t bother with unlimited Spotify, I just use the free version.
