Thanks for the encouragement. I'm starting with one minute run one minute walk. Do as many I can till the 13 min. Is all run. Times 3 miles. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Download the podcasts and follow the program, it's designed to get you running for 30 minutes non-stop in 9 weeks, while you may not get to 5k in that time it gives you the tools to move onto hitting 5k shortly after depending on your speed.
