Speed, distance time.. they do not matter.. All that matter is you, running... gently, steadily and having a great time.
That way, you get to the nine week mark and the 30 minutes injury free. Relax and enjoy the long runs.. slow and steady
Good to see you running again, your distance and time not so important, as they build up anyway.
