Every week we are going to put up a post so you can add in a little post underneath to say what week you are planning to do this week.
Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like)
Hi I am Realfoodieclub and this week I am doing wk 3, looking forward to it.😀
We are growing so much at the moment and I wanted to have a little fun post so we can see who is on what week of the program and hopefully it will help you to feel more included with the forum.
It will help other runners to know they are not alone on their own with their weeks and help everyone feel supported.
Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.
At the end of the month there will be a October certificate for you to download and keep, just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole moth of the program. Another full month of running for you.
I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of September the names will roll over into another post.
Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.
(Come on you lurkers you can do it as well. 😀)
Wishing you all a happy healthy week.
Rfc x.

I finished week 7 today so next week is week 8 for me. I'm planning R1 on Tuesday, R2 on Thursday and (if I'm ever brace enough) R3 at Parkrun on Saturday.
How's it going? I pretty much managed Run 1 - two short 30 second breaks and a third shorter break to persuade the friendly Newfie who I know who saw me running and decided to play too 😂
Well done! I started a day late - today instead of yesterday (funny how you get into your routines eh?!) panicked a bit that I wouldn’t fit it in but I’ve just got back and it was my most fav run yet! Don’t ask me why, it was windy and I am tired so I have no idea. Here’s hoping it continues! Keep in touch .. enjoy the week x
I'm going to go out Monday, weds and Saturday. Hoping to finish w4 and start on wk5 somewhere along the way. Shifting a bad cold will go quite a way in helping achieve that 🤧
Just did wk 3 run 3 for the second time after 10 days off after wk3 run 1 due to an operation on both of my hands. Ran wk4 run 2 twice too in order to get back into it. It was hard the 3 min run seems to take forever!! And if Sarah Millagan tells me to make sure I'm not bouncing too much again I think I'll scream!!! 😀
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. Hehe I can still remember the amount of times I shouted at Laura through the program. Good luck with your week.
Hi! I'm heading to high altitude next week (8000 feet) so I will be going backwards and starting week 3 of a zombie-focused 5k training programme -- I travel Monday and Tuesday so running wednesday, friday, and sunday! It's sort of like c25k but it has more strength exercises built in. zombiesrun.wikia.com/wiki/5... I figure the 5 and 8 minute runs will be perfect.
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. I have never done high altitude running, I am going to be interested to see how different you find it. Take it real slow in the beginning.
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. Sound like you are getting into a bit of variety after graduation, that is the way to go. Good luck with your week.
Hi, Rebecca here. Tomorrow I'll be graduating with the final run of week 9. The plan for October is then to run for 30 mins every Saturday and Tuesday. I want to do a Parkrun before the end of the month.
Hi. I'm starting week 4 this week. Have just repeated week3 rather than starting week 5 after hurting my ankle and not running for 6 weeks. Have to say I found week 3 so much easier second time round!!
About to start week 9. Planning to run today, Wednesday and park run on Saturday. The plan going forward is to try to maintain this as c25k programme and support from this forum has really got me into a good running pattern and beginning to catch the bug. Thanks everyone and have a happy running week. Xx
Hi Sara here, I've just done my Week 7 Run 1 today. My other two runs will be on Wednesday and Friday leaving Thursday as a rest day as that is my birthday. Had planned to have graduated by my birthday but a slight injury at the beginning of Week 6 meant I had to take some time out. Anyway I'm back up and running again and raring to go.
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. I'm sure you will smash it, you've done the right thing to repeat a run if you need to it will with go In your favour in the long run.
Hi Gina here (GLS50). Doing week 9. One more run to go! Yay! Loving that the forums are such a great source of support and motivation
Hi - angemum here. 66 & giving running another shot. Tried it some years ago, took things too fast & got injured. This time round am taking it sloooo Hoping to finish wk 3 over the coming week, but if I don't, will just keep going till I do. Main thing is, I'm loving it. Ultimate goal is to do a parkrun with my daughter.
Hi I am about to begin Wk6 after nearly throwing the towel in last week. All the lovely support on here (and my kids giving me hell) lol, encouraged me to carry on. Supposed to run today but being a bit naughty coz I refuse to run into a gale force wind! So probably 2mo lol. Anyone going out today happy running peeps 😉
Hi, I completed week 7 run 2 this morning. This is my second attempt at the programme after tripping and falling in the woods on week 9 of my first attempt which resulted in ankle surgery so very keen to graduate this time!
Welcome onboard, your name has been added., you will be fine you have done all the build up needed. Good luck with your week.
Hi I am in week 6 now. Wow never thought I would say that. Did 20 min run for week 5 yesterday completely shocked myself. I struggled with week 4 not enough recovery time bit pushed through found week 5 easier. I am a runner. My motivation was I had cycled I still dance but my activity levels had dropped. I hated running had tried in the past but couldn't do it. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks
