In fact, two lots of eight minutes, done dusted and filed way!

Other than my right calf muscle protesting a wee bit...again, this second run of week five went by without a hitch.

Continually surprising myself now :)

Well done. Me too today. Great feeling isn't it? Check you are doing a bit of stretching before the run for the calf muscle especially for Run 3 and beyond but don't overdo it. Massage suggestion above from Oldfloss is a really good idea.xx
